Lead Software Support Engineer
We have a brilliant opportunity available for a Lead Software Support Engineer to join a fantastic digital product company in central London.
Our client are a business that has developed a highly successful software platform that is used in the media space, they have a top team of client service professionals, developers, project managers and designers. Their platform is used by a range of world renownd media companies, including top publishing and news brands.

For this role we are looking for someone with the following skills:
- 5 years+ experience in supporting software (ideally in a media or product company)
- Basic web dev understanding (HTML etc)
- REST APi (Ideally Postmap but flexible)
- SQL knowledge
- AWS (Basic understanding would be sufficant)
- Fabulous communication skills
- Calm under pressure and up for a challenge!
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self starter and passion for excellence
