We are looking for a Head of Customer and Commercial to join our software agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer and commercial teams, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Customer and Commercial or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Knowledge of customer service software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
