Account Manager
We are working with a global agency on a super exciting Account Manager opportunity.
Our client produce leading digital work on a global scale across a variety of verticals, including fashion, automotive, tech and pharma.
You will be supporting the Account Director in this position on their flagship automotive account.
Here are some of the Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Manage any client request and ensure communication is honest and open.
Grow the scope of work and increase revenue.
Build first-class relationships.
What we need from you:
Passion and previous experience in database marketing.
Ability to take a request and turn it into a brief, ensuring you have a strong understanding of systems, data and the processes involved.
3+ years client facing experience in similar marketing agency or equivalent.
Educated to degree level in a science-based subject or equivalent.
Ability to solve problems.
Attention to detail and passion to deliver high quality work.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience driving and tracking consistent engagement process.
Analytical and well-organised.
Commercially competent.
